I’m Tanya, and Sacred Soul Connection was born from my own journey of slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with the wisdom of the body.
I create gentle, grounded spaces through breathwork, yin yoga, sound healing, and intuitive energy work — supporting deep rest, nervous-system regulation,
and a return home to yourself, exactly as you are.
